Carsguide was experiencing a large drop-off of users from the home screen.
The interface was overwhelming and provided no content outside of searching. Readability, jumping from multiple screens and other user experience issues were identified.
I was placed within Carsguide with a Project Manager from Outware for a 5 month engagement to help build in new features to the current app in parallel to the new redesign.
